These terms govern your use of the Kalmiam app, published by Anthony Guccione, sole proprietor (SIREN 103 211 132, France).

1. What Kalmiam does

Kalmiam helps you track your meals, find recipes and organize your workouts. Calories, nutrients and tips are indicative estimates. Kalmiam does not provide medical advice or personalized dietary counseling; consult a healthcare professional before changing your diet or exercise routine, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or have an eating disorder.

2. Allergies

Recipes list allergens based on their ingredients. Always check the labels of the products you buy. You remain responsible for what you eat.

3. Subscription

• A subscription unlocks all Kalmiam features. Without a subscription, a limited number of meal analyses is included.
• Three plans: €6.99 per week, €14.99 per month, €49.99 per year (including VAT; prices shown are for France, they vary by country and appear in your local currency in the app).
• New subscribers get a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• To cancel: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Kalmiam. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). As this is digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal applies under Apple’s rules.

4. Use of the app

You agree to use Kalmiam for yourself, and not to disrupt the service, bypass usage limits or extract its content (recipes, photos, texts) to republish it.

5. Ownership

The app, its recipes, images and texts are protected. You are granted a personal, non-transferable right of use.

6. Liability

We do our best to keep the app accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for a health decision made solely on the basis of the app’s estimates. These limits do not affect any of your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the protection granted by the law of their country of residence. In case of a dispute, you can first write to us at contact@kalmiam.com. The competent consumer mediator is named in the legal notice.
